This adventure will take you to Costa Rica's biggest lake, right at Arenal Volcano's feet.  Travelling from your hotel to the put in, the beautiful scenic drive sometimes is surrounding the Arenal Volcano and through the tropical forest.  Once at the Arenal Lake, which is an artificial lake made in 1974 for hydroelectric energy production, it matches perfectly with the whole landscape and improves Arenal Volcano's view.

Once at the lake, our team will quickly suit you up with a life jacket and a paddle and give you a short explanation of kayaking basic techniques. All settled, our tour will start paddling across the lake with the possibility to observe different species of birds like Flycatchers, Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons and Anhinga and may also possibly hear the sound of the Howler monkeys!

While paddling,  take some time to enjoy the beautiful landscape, have a refreshing swim in the lake and have lots of fun!
