Horizontes is one of the many private responsible companies in the country which are working hard to promote economic, social and environmental sustainable actions in the community. These actions also support the National Strategy for Climate Change, whose main goal is for Costa Rica to become one of the first countries in the world to be declared Carbon Neutral by the year 2021. Companies like Florex, Energy, Habitat for the Humanity, Recycle Costa Rica and COOPEJUBI shared the stand with Horizontes, to generate and promote common alliances.
Among companies of the private sector such as Cefa Corporation, Gollo Store and Holcin, government entities also participated: Acueductos y Alcantarillados (AYA), The Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) and the Municipality of San Jose.
