Day-by-day IntineraryDay 01: Welcome to Costa RicaWelcome at Juan Santamaria International airport, where you will have a private transfer to the hotel in San Jose. Overnight at Grano de Oro Hotel (or similar). Costa Rica Adventure Day 02: Canyon Tour Hacienda Guachipelin
Day 03: Horseback Ride Rincon de la ViejaToday enjoy horseback riding in Rincon de la Vieja National Park on the Pailas trails, visit the 25-meter high Oropendola waterfall with emerald-green pool, and tour a bubbling volcanic mud pool and thermal springs. Overnight at Hacienda Guachipelin (or similar). Day 04: Hike the VolcanoGet ready for a challenging 5-7 hour hike to the volcano crater. Views are astonishing, with the Caribbean Sea, Lake Nicaragua and the Pacific Ocean visible on clear days. Close to the summit are Jilgueros Lagoon and the highest point--the Von Seebach. Day 06 Mountain Bike Lake ArenalIn the morning, let’s get ready to be on the mountain bike for 3 hours, exploring the picturesque surrounding of Arenal Lake, bordered by rainforest. Overnight at Arenal Observatory Lodge. Day 07-08 Raft Pacuare RiverToday you will be picked up at the hotel for an unforgettable rafting trip on Costa Rica’s famous Pacuare River (Cass III-IV). Prepare for an overnight stay at the wild and beautiful Pacuare Lodge, for two days of adventure and excellent food. Return to San Jose in the evening of Day 8 to relax before your trip home. Dozens of species of mammals and birds bound in this tropical paradise. When you arrive at our overnight destination, you will find a jungle oasis nestled in the middle of an enchanting and captivating rainforest. Surrounded by nature in her purest and most primitive state, a two-story jungle lodge houses rustic but comfortable dining facilities on the first floor, and plenty of relaxing hammocks in an open-air second floor lounge.
