Daily Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Costa Rica

Airport’s meet and greet at San Jose international airport, Juan Santamaria. Private transfer to the hotel selected

Overnight at Hotel Le Bergerac
Meals included: none

Day 02: San Jose – Tortuguero

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning departure to Cano Blanco dock and boat transfer to Tortuguero. Visit to the village in the afternoon

Overnight at Evergreen Lodge
Meals included: breakfast – lunch – dinner

Important note: Due to luggage restrictions to take this boat ride, there is a limit of 25 pd. per person to carry on. Our driver will take care of the rest of the baggage’s to be returned upon arrival in San Jose on day 4

Day 03: Tortuguero

Boat tour into the canals in the morning, and hike to the park in the afternoon

Overnight at Evergreen Lodge
Meals included: breakfast – lunch - dinner

Day 04: Tortuguero - Arenal

Early morning domestic flight from Tortuguero to San Jose, and land transfer to Arenal with stop en route at Sarapiqui for a river fating class II - III

Overnight at Volcano Lodge
Meals included: breakfast – lunch - dinner

Day 05: Arenal

Morning visit to the Arenal hanging bridges, and zipline canopy tour in the afternoon. Visit to the Hidalgo Family Hot Springs at the end of the day.

Overnight at Volcano Lodge
Meals included: breakfast – lunch - dinner

Day 06: Arenal - Guanacaste

Morning land transfer to Guanacaste with outriggers open-waters tour. Lunch is on the beach.

Overnight at Hotel Sugar Beach, or Ocotal Resort
Meals included: breakfast – lunch - dinner

Day 07: Guanacaste

Full day at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities

Overnight at Hotel Sugar Beach, or Ocotal Resort
Meals included: breakfast – lunch – dinner

Day 08: Good-bye Costa Rica

After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to Liberia International Airport (Daniel Oduber), where you are dropped off at to catch your flights back home. Along with the luggage, you’ll be taking home memories of the excellent Costa Rica holistic program!

While this itinerary presents the trip as planned, actual details may vary due to weather, special events, unforeseen circumstances, or new and better options that become available. We always strive to optimize the tour and your vacation experience.

• Price and services are subject to a minimum of three (3) passengers confirmed per departure
• Additional charge of USD $ 350.00 per person if ONLY 2 passengers traveling on one departure
• Single room supplement: USD $ 350.00
• Child rate sharing room facilities: USD $ 570.00

** Maximum of 2 children of 10 y.o or younger sharing with 2 adults per room

Important Notes and Conditions

• Airport shuttles as if arriving to SAN JOSE international airport and departing from LIBERIA international airport. MAKE SURE you book flights properly!
• Due to luggage restrictions to take the boat ride on day 2, there is a limit of 25 lbs. per person to carry on. Our driver will take care of the rest of the baggage’s to be returned upon arrival in San Jose on day 4
• Down payment of USD $ 500.00 per person to guarantee the space on each departure

Cancellation and Refund Statement

Cancellations must be received in writing a minimum of 45 days prior to arrival. In such cases, the down payment of $500.00 will be fully refunded. If you cancel after making the balance of payment or 30 days prior arrival, the portion is refundable according to the following conditions:

• For cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount.
• If the passenger cancels 14 to 1 day prior to arrival, no refunds are made.

Any additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger(s). However, once the tour departs, no refund can be made for any feature of the program not used by the passenger(s) during course of the tour. We recommend that passenger(s) purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy.
