C.R. Ranks Tops in Safety for Women Travelers

According to a recent USA Today article, Costa Rica is the third safest destination worldwide for women travelers, ranked behind Iceland and Holland.

In the article, a staff writer for Smartertravel.com comments on the country’s excellent reputation for safety compared to other Latin American destinations. And Editor-In-Chief of Travel Girl Magazine, Stephanie Oswald shares a personal anecdote about losing her wallet in Costa Rica

and having it returned will all its cash and a small gift from the finder.

The article also advised readers that travelers should always take care while traveling anywhere in the world.
